Berkeley Plantation Corn Maze
Just outside of Richmond, the Berkelely Plantation is worth a visit in the fall simply for its beautiful autumn gardens and river shore. The plantation also features a corn maze, and admission includes a free pumpkin to take home! Children can enjoy scavenger and nature hunts that are fun and informative, and this is a prime picnic location. Bring the whole family for a fantastic fall day!

Liberty Hills Farm Corn Maze
The largest corn maze in Virginia covers 34 acres at Liberty Mills Farm in Somerset. The maze offers four rails of varying difficulty, allowing you to choose the level of challenge and the amount of time you would like to spend in the corn maze. Attempt the maze in the daylight or up your game with a nighttime challenge (bring your flashlight!). An eight-acre pumpkin patch features more than 40 different varieties of pumpkins – there is sure to be a pumpkin for everyone!

Come for the GIANT corn maze and bring the whole family for all the wonderful Autumn Extras! There are hill slides, larger-than-life “jumping pillows”, yard games, pumpkin cannons, food trucks, playhouses, and a “cornbox” (like a sandbox, but filled with corn).

Great Country Farms hosts an outstanding Apple Harvest festival that includes wagon rides, apple picking, award-winning apple cider donuts, and so much more. Sample freshly pressed cider and learn how it is produced, enjoy live music, marshmallow roasting, pig races, and the “Stories from the Stars” corn maze, which will teach you about the constellations of the Zodiac! This is the ultimate Fall Harvest experience.

Harrisonburg’s Adventure Farm stays true to the nature of the “Friendly City” by celebrating fall with a new, community-focused theme each year. Crab Orchard Corn Maze & Pisgah Pumpkin Patch
Southwest Virginia is home to the Crab Orchard Museum, a historic farm that includes a three-acre corn maze (and options for every age). Take a ride in the hay wagon to view the historic property after you finish the maze. On Friday and Saturday evenings, visitors are allowed to wander through the maze in the dark for an extra challenge!
